Since March of last year, Malaysia’s tourism industry and our travel plans were thrown into disarray by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, with the reopening of the economy, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MoTAC) and Tourism Malaysia are now working to revive the industry again.
With their support, Marina Island Pangkor is now launching its brand new attraction InstaLoka to welcome visitors from across Malaysia while injecting a new lease of life into surrounding areas such as Pangkor Island and Lumut.
Strategically located just 10 minutes away from Pangkor Island by ferry and less than 5 minutes from Lumut, InstaLoka is an ideal place for anyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city while soaking in the beautiful seaside scenery of Marina Island.
It also features 26 spots with colourful 2D and 3D murals under the themes Positive Empowerment in Modern Creative Art, Freedom From COVID-19, Colorful Malaysian Culture, and Vibrant Life – all designed by talented local artists!
