This dramatic event, captured in multiple videos circulating on Facebook, unfolded in a commercial district where many vehicles were parked.

The videos show that the collapse occurred after the heavy rains caused the earth beneath the pavement to loosen, significantly destabilizing the road surface.
As a result, the majority of parked vehicles found their tires dangling dangerously over the collapsed section, posing a severe risk to vehicle safety.
The footage further revealed that ongoing rainfall led to significant water accumulation at the collapse site, with fast-moving streams of water exacerbating the already perilous situation.
This critical incident took place early this morning in the One Selayang area of Selangor, signalling an urgent need for immediate road inspections and necessary reinforcements in areas susceptible to such weather-related disasters.
