There’s simply a lot to love about Malaysia — from the mouthwatering cuisines to breathtaking sceneries, there’s nothing that this country never stops to amaze both locals and tourists alike.
Once again, Malaysia has found itself in a list of places that boasts of natural beauty equal to none, where the honor went to Cameron Highlands.
Cameron Highlands named one of the most beautiful places in the world
According to an article titled ‘The 51 Most Beautiful Places In The World’ by the award-winning travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler Magazine, it listed Cameron Highlands as one of these places.
For the uninitiated, Condé Nast Traveler Magazine is under Condé Nast, a global media company which owns and runs a host of famed publications such as Vogue and Vanity Fair.
Here’s what the magazine had to say about Cameron Highlands:
It’s hard to pick just one beautiful spot in geographically diverse Malaysia, but Cameron Highlands might be the winner.
“Located in the state of Pahang, the 275-square-mile region is home to the largest tea plantations in the country — a place of fuzzy green hills rolling into the distance, where you can also explore butterfly gardens and strawberry farms.”
Other locations which made it to the list included The Grand Canyon in the US, Ha Long Bay in Vietnam, and Japan’s Mount Fuji.
