A mamak stall in Ampang Jaya has recently caught the attention of netizens not only thanks to its delicious maggi mee goreng, but also for its creativity in entertaining its patrons.
A TikTok user named @vernaeyyoo uploaded a video showing the work uniforms of the staff at the restaurant, where witty pick-up lines using iconic mamak dishes were displayed at the back.

In the comment section, it was revealed that the mamak’s name was Restoran Fatimah Ghous, located at Taman Nirwana.
Brilliant marketing
The video has since been played 250,000 times and received more than 26,000 likes at the time of writing, where netizens were awed by the restaurant’s creativity.
They also said that whoever was behind the idea deserved a raise.
Many also tagged their “best-teh(s)” (besties) to declare their friendship to the world. Awww.
