People often say ‘age is just a number’ when it comes to relationships and marriage as the most important thing is that both parties truly love and are committed to each other regardless of their age.
Local singer Halim Yazid recently dropped a bombshell by revealing that he tied the knot with his second wife, who is 43 years his junior.

Speaking to Harian Metro about the marriage, 64-year-old Halim said his second wife, 21-year-old Nurul Farhana Asyikin, used to babysit his cousin’s child and he subsequently met up with her on social media.
What’s interesting that she also hails from Kelantan and is a huge fan of my music. Despite her young age, she’s very familiar with my songs.
Halim told mStar that after tying the knot with Nurul Farhana in November 2022, she gave birth to a daughter who is now six months old.
He also added that their age difference is not an obstacle to them enjoying a happy and loving marriage.
1st wife yet to meet 2nd wife
Interestingly, Halim’s first wife has yet to meet Nurul Farhana in person but the singer assured that both of them harbour no ill feelings towards each other.
“All I can say that my first wife is aware of our relationship and they don’t quarrel with each other,” he added, saying that he’s grateful for his first wife, with whom he has eight children with.
