A recent Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration graduate was tragically found dead in her residence in Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan, NST reports.
34yo woman found dead inside home
Serdang District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner A A Anbalagan reported that a man alerted the police about the woman’s situation yesterday at around 3:06 PM.
According to the initial investigation, the 34-year-old Bangladeshi woman’s husband had attempted to reach out to her but to no avail.
The police found that she had attended a dinner party with her friends prior to the incident. During this event, she appeared notably distressed and not her normal self.
Anbalagan added that the woman had confided in a friend, expressing her hesitance to return to her native country of Bangladesh. She mentioned that her mother had passed away, leaving only her father and husband behind.
Reluctant to go back to her home country
It has been reported that, as a result of personal circumstances, she had a strong aversion to returning to her home country, which appears to have contributed significantly to her overall discontent.
The cause of death is still under investigation by the police, with an autopsy report from the Serdang Hospital awaited.
“This case is now classified as a sudden death (SDR)”, Anbalagan said.
