A pair of newlyweds who were looking forward to spending their lives together had their happiness cruelly cut short after the groom was tragically killed in a crash which involved three other vehicles.
Harian Metro reported that the accident occurred along Batu 3, Jalan Bernam, Tanjong Karang in Selangor on Dec 17, merely two days after the couple tied the knot.

According to the Malay daily, the couple were on their way to to a bridal boutique in Kuala Lumpur to return the wedding attire they had rented.
Unfortunately, they found themselves caught in terrible crash, killing 23-year-old Norsyam Nasullah Rahim. His wife, 22-year-old Aini Hayati Mohd Radzi, thankfully survived but suffered a broken left leg and injuries to her chin.
In a statement by Kuala Selangor district police chief Superintendent Ramli Kasa, he said the 10.50pm accident involved a Perodua Bezza, Nissan Almera, and Honda City.
He added that the Perodua Bezza which Norsyam was driving lost control and crashed into the other vehicles in the opposite lane.
The car then skidded for 11 metres, causing Norsyam to suffer serious injuries before eventually dying at the scene.
A woman in her 30s, who is said to be the Honda City driver, suffered a broken right leg, while the Nissan Almera driver had minor injuries.
Learnt of accident through Facebook
Speaking to Harian Metro, Aini Hayati’s brother Muhd Aiman, said he was on the way back to Kajang after celebrating the joyous occasion with the couple when he learnt of the deadly accident via Facebook.
“I immediately turned back upon reaching Sungai Buloh and rushed to the Tanjong Karang Hospital after being informed that they were taken there.
“Not long after we arrived, the hospital informed us that my sister’s husband had passed away,” he said.
Muhd Aiman said that while the news has deeply shocked him, he said it was “God’s will” and added that Norsyam’s burial will be held at Bukit Metajam, Penang. As for his sister, she’s currently at the Sungai Buloh Hospital for further treatment.
