While forgetfulness is something we all experience every now and then, forgetting certain things can lead to fatal results, especially if it involves children and babies.
A baby girl in Terengganu became the victim of forgetfulness after she was left inside the car, which ultimately led to her demise.

According to Harian Metro, the 1-year-old baby was found unconscious inside a car parked at a public university campus in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, yesterday (Oct 24).
Kuala Terengganu district police chief Assistant Commissioner Abdul Rahim Md. Din said police received a report about the incident at around 4.30pm.
‘When they arrived at the scene, the baby had already passed away. Based on preliminary investigations, the baby’s father had forgotten to take her to the daycare centre located within the campus,” he said.
Abdul Rahim said the body was sent to the Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital’s (HSNZ) Forensic Department for a post-mortem.
Police are investigating the case under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001 for child neglect. The public is also urged not to speculate as it may disrupt investigations and affect the family’s emotions.
