A wedding photography company landed in hot water after a staff member made an inappropriate comment when a couple refused to accept a flyer. The incident quickly escalated into a PR disaster, prompting the company to issue a public apology.
The couple, who were visiting a shopping mall in Petaling Jaya, encountered the company’s promotional team distributing flyers.

According to China Press, a staff member offered them a flyer, which they declined politely with a smile.
However, as they walked away, they overheard the staff muttering, “They’ll break up soon anyway,” leaving them upset and frustrated.
The couple criticized the staff’s lack of professionalism and urged the company to improve its employee training.

In response to the controversy, the wedding photography company released an official statement apologizing for the incident.
They also said that the staff member in question has been suspended pending an internal investigation and retraining.
