Two women and a child suffered severe injuries after they fell off the ‘Sotong Ride’ at a fun fair at Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam last night, reported FMT.
Fell off ‘Sotong Ride’
In a video which has gone viral on social media, it first showed the ‘Sotong Ride’ operating normally and starting to pick up speed.
After just one spin, one of the vehicles then crashes into a fence, causing the two women and child to be thrown right off.
Following the accident, all rides except for the kids’ rides at the fun fair were closed immediately.

Probed for operating without a license
In a statement, Kuala Selangor district police head Ramli Kasa said the victims were rushed to the Shah Alam hospital for further treatment, reported Bernama.
He added that the case would be investigated under Section 6 of the Selangor State Entertainment & Places of Entertainment Enactment 1995 for operating without a license.
