[VIDEO] ‘Langkawi trip or balik kampung?’ Massive jam spotted at Plaza Tol Jalan Duta

PETALING JAYA – A netizen was surprised to see an unexpected traffic jam yesterday (15 Sept) at Plaza Tol Jalan Duta.

With current easing of lockdowns for vaccinated individuals, it seems that they are taking advantage of their freedom after months of staying home.

As depicted in the 27-second short clip, the long line of cars stretch across the highway. Even the camera was not able to capture the full extent of the congestion.

Nak Pergi Mana?

Following the video, many netizens questioned whether cross-state was currently allowed as the Klang Valley was still in Phase Two.

Some speculated that the jam was due to today’s public holiday.

Others linked the congestion to recent government announced on permission to travel to Langkawi.

However, few netizens argued that the traffic jam maybe due to after work rush-hours.
