BACHOK – A viral CCTV footage showing a driver at a petrol station located at Bachok, Kelantan drives away quickly to avoid paying after fuelling up his petrol tank has blown up on the Internet.

The 56-second clip captured the entire incident.
In the video, a female worker was believed to be attending to the driver and helping him with the petrol pump.
When the worker was closing the cap, the driver shuts the door at the back of the car and went back to the driver’s seat.
As soon as he was in his seat he drove away, leaving the worker in shock.
The Poor Worker Has To Pay Out Of Her Own Pocket
According to Oriental Daily News, the worker was upset as she felt unjustly burdened to be asked to pay for the driver’s fuel due to negligence.
Customers should pay before being able to pump petrol to avoid such incident.
My monthly pay has always been very less and now I might be facing a pay cut this month because of this customer. I’m so unlucky.
Many netizens were enraged by the driver’s behaviour.
“If you don’t have money to pay for petrol, don’t drive around, just stay at home,” the netizen who shared the video wrote.
While some said this serves as a good lesson to petrol station operators and workers to always require customers to pay first before getting petrol.
Netizens also felt sorry for the worker who might have to face a pay cut because of the driver.
A netizen thinks a police report should be filed and the driver should be apprehended and punished for his crime.
