# ‘Usain Bolt Who?’ – Monkey Runs Almost Like A Human Does, Leaves Netizens In Stitches

##### We’ve all seen monkeys running around, but this particular monkey’s sprint is something else entirely.

A viral video recently captured a monkey running on two legs as if it were ready to challenge Usain Bolt himself—and it’s as bizarre as it is entertaining!

### A Monkey Breaking the Rules?

The now-viral video, shared by an X user, [@bckupacc99](https://twitter.com/bckupacc99/status/1861345232945848716), shows a monkey descending a set of stairs at a forest trail.

Out of nowhere, it suddenly takes off, sprinting on its two legs like a professional athlete.

The caption for the video humorously reads:
***"Defying monkey laws by running without using its hands and feet. Why bother eating onions if it’s just going to make you sad?"***

## The one-minute clip has left viewers in awe.

The way the monkey dashed off with remarkable speed and precision made it seem like it had been secretly training for the Olympics.

### "Planet of the Apes, Anyone?"

Malaysians couldn’t stop laughing and chiming in with witty comments. Here are some of the best ones:

***“This is how Planet of the Apes begins.”***
