Unless you’ve been living under the rock in recent weeks, you’ve probably heard that Nigel Ng, popularly known as Uncle Roger on social media, opened his first ever restaurant at Pavilion Elite in Bukit Bintang last month.
Since its opening, Uncle Roger’s Restaurant has been seeing a steady stream of customers entering its doors, including famed personalities like IShowSpeed, who dropped by during his Southeast Asia tour.
2nd Uncle Roger’s Restaurant to open in Nov
If you live far away from Pavilion Elite but yet are itching to pay Uncle Roger’s Restaurant a visit, there’s some good news for you as a second outlet will be launched next month!
This was announced by IPC Shopping Centre, a shopping mall located in PJ which shared a photo on its official Facebook page today.
In the photo, it featured a signboard showing a caricature of Uncle Roger against a backdrop of the brand’s iconic orange shade along with the words: ‘Haiyaa…good things take time. Wait long long. Coming November 2024’.
However, the exact date of the outlet’s opening wasn’t stated in the post’s caption.
On the signboard, it also stated that the outlet’s looking for staff members to fill several job positions such as Kitchen Manager, Steward, and Floor Manager.
Netizens react
In the comment section, netizens couldn’t help but to ask in jest whether the prices at the new outlet will be cheaper since it wasn’t located at a high-scale mall like Pavilion Elite.
Meanwhile, another netizen revealed that a third outlet is slated to open in December at MyTown Cheras.
