Malaysian comedian Nigel Ng, better known to many as Uncle Roger, has officially entered his dad era.
And yes, it looks like he may have found something he loves more than MSG.
In a Facebook post shared, Ng revealed that he and his wife, Sabrina Ahmed, have welcomed their first child.
Baby came home after 1 week in NICU
Sharing a sweet photo of the baby’s tiny hand beside an adult’s hand, along with a polaroid of the new family, Ng wrote: “And then there were three.”
He also shared that the baby had spent a week in the NICU before finally coming home.
For Ng, bringing the baby home made the day even more meaningful.
After a week in the NICU, bringing you home today is the most special Father’s Day,” he wrote.
He went on to thank doctors, nurses and staff for looking after his family and “bringing this joy” into their lives.
Even in such a wholesome moment, Ng still managed to squeeze in a very Uncle Roger-style joke.
He wrote that somewhere, he could hear his uncle whispering: “Put MSG on baby, it’ll be better baby, smarter.”
Married in Portugal last year
Ng’s baby announcement comes less than a year after he tied the knot with Sabrina Ahmed, a Miami-based lawyer.
The couple got married on July 19, 2025, in a three-day wedding celebration held in Sintra, Portugal.
At the time, Ng announced the news on social media, writing: “I married my best friend.”
He also described marrying Sabrina as “the greatest achievement of my life.”
The post has since received thousands of reactions, with many fans congratulating Ng and Sabrina on the new addition to their family.
One netizen jokingly commented: “Fuiyoh congrats, just don’t name him Jamie or Oliver.”
