In a startling discovery yesterday (June 10) evening, the bodies of two women were found inside a car parked near a residential area in Taman Sri Rambai, Penang.
The NST reported that inside the car, positioned in the front seats, were the bodies of two adult women, both believed to be in their twenties.

The grim find was made by a concerned passerby around 5.30pm, who immediately alerted the authorities.
Upon receiving the distress call, a team from the Perda Fire and Rescue Station swiftly responded to the scene.
Equipped with specialised tools and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), they successfully accessed the vehicle, revealing a tragic sight inside.

According to officials from the Penang Fire and Rescue Department, the condition of the bodies suggested they had been deceased for more than five days, with signs of bloating and a strong odour present.
Authorities have indicated that one of the victims is suspected to hail from Negeri Sembilan, although formal identification has yet to be confirmed.
The circumstances surrounding their deaths remain unclear.
Bodies Sent for Post-Mortem Examination
The bodies have been transported to Bukit Mertajam Hospital for detailed post-mortem examinations to ascertain the cause of death and gather further clues.
