Here’s an exciting tip: If you’ve pre-booked a Tabata session but want to try Spin Cycle or Zumba, they’ve got you covered! An open session exclusively for ticket holders will allow you to try out different activities. Simply stay on the day (refer to the timetable) and enjoy the fun!

The open session for Tabata kicks off at 5.00pm and continues until 6.00pm. Following that, the Spin Cycle open sessions will take place from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. And to wrap up the festivities, the final open session is Zumba, starting at 8.00pm and lasting until 9.00pm.
