They even parked a truck at the start of the blockage.
Sometimes, the things we see every day can go unnoticed, until someone from the outside points out just how impressive they actually are.

Recently, a man from China took to social media to praise Malaysia for its high standards when it comes to road construction safety.

In a video he shared, roadworks were taking place on a Malaysian street. What caught his attention was how well the construction site was secured.

Watch how far the safety cones go!” he exclaimed in the video. “This really helps drivers see the site early and avoid accidents.”

Adding to the safety measures, a large truck was parked right at the start of the blocked area, making the construction zone even more visible to oncoming traffic.

More country should adopt similar standard

Speaking to WeirdKaya, the netizen shared that he encountered the incident on 25th August around 11pm at the intersection between Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Laut.

He added that he hopes more countries will adopt similar safety standards.

At China there seems to be no such safety standard,” he said. “I think if we implement it, it would help prevent accidents.”
