As seen from the Facebook post, there was a photo showing a small puddle of blood on the floor inside a toilet cubicle, along with a pair of white shoes with blood streaks on it.

A photo of a passport belonging to the victim was also shared in the post, where it revealed she was a 30-year-old Thai national and the OP urged those who knew the victim to contact her.
The OP also claimed that the victim had allegedly taken her life inside the toilet but this hasn’t been verified nor confirmed by the authorities.
Mall and police issue statement on incident
A day after the incident, the mall took to its Facebook page to issue a statement, where it wrote that it was “deeply saddened by the unfortunate incident.”

It also called upon the public to refrain from making speculations out of respect for the privacy of those affected by the case.
Later that same day, Johor Bahru North District Police Chief Balveer Singh Mahindar Singh confirmed the matter, saying that police were alerted of it at 2.28pm on Jan 19.
