Thai man goes viral for looking alike to Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel

If you’re a fan of the Fast and Furious franchise, you’d probably be familiar with Vin Diesel, who portrays the character Dominic Toretto and is also the subject of countless “family” memes.

Recently, netizens were amazed by a 2019 Facebook photo of a Thai man who looked and dressed almost exactly the same as Vin Diesel in the movie, causing it to rack up more than 75k shares.

Posed as Dom for years

Atid Modifai, who hails from Chiang Rai, has long been aware of his resemblance to the Hollywood star and uploaded several photos paying tribute to the actor over the years.

According to Mothership, he changed his profile photo in 2017 and 2018 where it featured him wearing the iconic white t-shirt and cross necklace, and in poses made famous by the American star.

Atid’s cosplay has clearly delighted his fans, who wasted little time in sharing his photos and even created memes of him by superimposing his face on Vin Diesel’s.

He even joined into the fun by resharing the meme and also thanked his fans for their support.
