So…Starbucks China decided to give away free coffee. This was what happened

Yesterday (April 22), a Starbucks outlet in China had a free coffee giveaway session from 11 am to 12 pm in conjunction with Earth Day. The catch? Customers had to bring their own cups to get their dose of caffeine.

Guess what?

Hilarious photos showing customers armed with containers of various sizes ranging from vacuum flasks to plastic water barrels to make the most out of the promotion has now gone viral.

However, customers were limited to 330ml of free coffee per person.

So, the next time you want to enjoy free coffee, be sure to check out the terms and conditions before bringing humongous containers to the store!
