Ingredients:
– 1 Sweet Potato (evenly cut into thick sticks and chilled overnight)
– 1 Yam (evenly cut into thick sticks)
– 1 Nian Gao (a traditional Chinese New Year Cake)

– 1 Egg White
Directions:
1. Boil the sweet potato and yam for 3-5 mins until tender, but not mushy.
