A 29-year-old man was sentenced to 6 months in jail for threatening to leak his ex-girlfriend’s naked photos.
Kosmo! reported that the accused, Wan Azuan Wan Ismail, pleaded guilty after the charge was read out before Magistrate Noor Mazrinie Mahmood today.
Threatened to leak naked photos
According to the charge sheet, Wan Azuan was accused of making criminal threats against his then 22-year-old girlfriend, where he allegedly contacted her and threatened to circulate the photos.

The alleged crime was committed at 7.48am on January 25 at a house in Tok Adis, Kuala Ibai, Terengganu.
He was charged under Section 507 of the Penal Code which carries a maximum jail sentence of two years if convicted.
Magistrate Noor Mazrinie Mahmood ordered Wan Azuan to serve his sentence at the Marang Prison starting from the date of his arrest on Oct 15.
