But the real kicker? Oyen stops dead in his tracks at the cat food aisle, stepping onto a Whiskas box like he’s claiming commission for every sale. Coincidence? Marketing genius? You decide.
The woman behind this adorable chaos, Mai, spilled how it happened to WeirdKaya about how the whole thing went down.
“I petted oyen near the cashier counter before I entered the store. He’s always there, and every time I visit, I see him in the same spot. After I petted him, he started following me, and I didn’t even notice at first!”
But oyen wasn’t about to waste time. After making his statement at the cat food section, Mai revealed he gave up on her and strutted back to his throne near the cashier.
“Maybe he got fed up because I wasn’t paying attention to him. Haha!” she joked.
