A heated confrontation unfolded at a Petronas petrol station near the Second Link in Johor Bahru (JB) days ago.
The incident involved drivers of Singapore-registered vehicles, primarily a Honda Shuttle.
The incident is believed to have taken place last Saturday (Jan 13) at around 10pm at a Petronas petrol station in JB.
In the video shared by SG Road Vigilante on Facebook, one of the Honda Shuttle driver as taking his sweet time pumping petrol, where he allegedly took over 15 minutes just to do so.
This unsurprisingly caused the driver behind him to become impatient, where he yelled at the Honda Shuttle driver to hurry up.
Angered by the confrontation, an older man, believed to be the father of the Honda Shuttle driver, stormed over to the other driver and the duo could be heard shouting vulgarities at each other.
According to the post’s caption, the father and son duo not only shouted at the other driver but also challenged him to a fight.
‘Sia suay la!’
In the comment section, netizens slammed the driver who confronted the father-son for his impatience, with some adding that it was normal to see long queues at JB petrol stations.
Another called both drivers’ actions ‘sia suay’ (Hokkien for ’embarrassing’) and told them to take their fight elsewhere.
