KUALA LUMPUR – The police are currently investigating a motorcyclist who was caught on tape damaging a 19-year-old’s car window in an apparent case of road rage near the PGRM Tower in Cheras on May 19.
Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohamed Mokhsein Mohamed Zonsaid his office had received a report from the victim on the same day.
“According to the victim, he was stopped by a motorcyclist who angrily accused him of driving outside of his lane and nearly causing an accident,” he said.
In the 1-minute video, which was taken by the victim’s friend, the maskless motorcyclist clad in a black T-shirt was visibly irate and used an iron rod to pound the car window, demanding the victim to step out of his car.


Mohamed Mokhsein said that the case will be investigated under Section 506/427 of the Penal Code well as determine the suspect’s intention in committing the act.
He also called upon the public to be more careful while on the road and not to act in a reckless manner.
