There are plenty of stories about Oyen causing mischief, from knocking over things at home to sneaking into off-limits spots. But the latest adventure of an orange cat really stands out – it managed to get its head stuck in a wall!
Oyen gets its head stuck in a wall
A recent event shared on the Civil Defence Force Kota Kinabalu’s page has caught the eye of social media, adding more fuel to the stories about these playful creatures.
The post described an unusual rescue mission: saving a cat that had its head stuck firmly in a wall.
The strange incident happened in the Sunny Garden residential area, leading the worried owner to ask for help from the Civil Defence Force.
Without wasting any time, a team was sent to the scene to deal with the strange situation.
When they got there, the rescuers saw the poor cat with its head stuck snugly in the corner of the wall.

Realising they needed to act fast, they bravely worked on a rescue plan, using saws and hammer-chisels to free the trapped cat.
After careful and hard work, the cat was finally released from its tight spot.
But what happened next just confirmed that Oyen’s reputation for mischief was spot on. The cat, now free, acted as if nothing had happened, showing no remorse and even looking a bit smug about the whole ordeal.

The incident swiftly became fodder for online banter, with amused netizens offering their take on the stereotypical antics of Oyen.
“It seems Oyen never fails to stir up chaos,” one wrote.
