Recently, a Malaysian teacher working in Japan shared a heartwarming moment. He taught his students how to make ‘Pisang Goreng’, our all-time favorite snack.
The students were thrilled to try this tasty treat and even expressed a desire to visit Malaysia after enjoying the banana fritters.

Taking to his TikTok account, @tinggai.kat.jepun, the Malaysian teacher shared a glimpse of himself teaching the Japanese students how to make the nostalgic snack.
“Teaching Japanese children how to make Pisang Goreng.” he captioned the video.
In the nearly one-minute clip, the students were seen wearing aprons and head coverings as they entered the cooking room while greeting him.
Throughout the video, the teacher demonstrated step-by-step instructions, from preparing the batter to frying the bananas in hot oil.
The teacher even bridged the cultures by using chopsticks to stir fry the bananas.
Following the frying process, the children adorned the banana fritters with sprinkles and cheese. With smiles on their faces, they praised the delicious snack and expressed a longing to visit Malaysia.
Furthermore, the teacher vowed to organize additional programs aimed at nurturing cultural appreciation among Japanese students.
