A Malaysian driver has caught the attention of social media users after sharing photos of his Perodua Myvi in China, proving once again why this compact hatchback is often called the “King of the Road.”
A Facebook user recently posted pictures of his Myvi at Deqin, China, a region near Tibet, surrounded by mountainous terrain and cold weather.
One photo shows his car dusted with snow, while another features it parked in front of a sign welcoming visitors to Deqin.
“Taking my Myvi for a trip in a cold place… this car can brave the roads in China without any issues,” Fuad wrote, expressing confidence in his car’s ability to handle the journey.

The post quickly went viral, with netizens impressed by the idea of a Malaysian-branded car making it all the way to China. Many were curious about the logistics, while others found humor in the feat.
“Salute bro, bringing a Malaysian brand all the way to China!”

In the comments, he mentioned that his car had already clocked 5,000 km and would need another 5,000 km before its next service, hinting at the significant distance covered.
He even joked about servicing his Myvi in China, reinforcing that the vehicle was indeed taken there.
