A recent viral TikTok video shared by @chukiee___ left Malaysians both amazed and in disbelief.
The short clip shows two men calmly hanging onto a rope outside a building while casually munching on a bun, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.
Despite being at a dizzying height that would make most people weak in the knees, these workers seemed completely unbothered.
Their nonchalant attitude quickly caught the attention of netizens, who flooded the comments with admiration and curiosity.
Speaking exclusively to WeirdKaya, the OP revealed that the two men weren’t afraid at all.
He also mentioned that this took place at a building in Kuala Lumpur, where he has been working in the industry for about six years.
With that much experience, it’s no surprise that they’ve become so accustomed to working in such risky conditions.

Many Malaysians were left in awe of their composure. One netizen praised their ability to remain unfazed, saying, “Now this is real mental strength! ”
Others, however, admitted they wouldn’t be able to do the same. One person joked about their own fear of heights, writing, “Even though I have a phobia of heights, I wouldn’t mind doing this kind of job.🗿 But the problem is my brain—sometimes, even if I stand on a RM1 platform, I start imagining the rope being cut and falling.”
Some were more curious about the financial side of things, with one netizen asking, “How much is your salary, bro? Is it really high?”
To this, the OP responded, “High risk, bro. Of course, the salary is high too. But we shouldn’t just focus on their pay—look at the risks and challenges they face every day as well.”
While most people would struggle just standing on a balcony, these workers make high-altitude tasks look effortless.
