Her simple steering issue escalated into a massive RM6,277 bill for her Viva car. The woman was left stunned, feeling deceived and overwhelmed by the charges.

From a minor problem to a huge bill

In her post, she detailed how she initially visited the workshop to fix a minor issue—her steering wheel was vibrating during daily use.

Expecting a straightforward solution, she was caught off guard when she received a bill of RM4,777.

“I swiped my card to pay for the repair costs at the workshop earlier, RM4,777, I was shaking,” she recalled.

She also shared an image of the receipt, which listed various components that had allegedly been replaced.
