Teaching isn’t an easy job as it requires a lot of patience and time to ensure that students understand what’s being taught.
A violin teacher has come under the spotlight after a concerned parent revealed how he took to Instagram to rant and curse his students out.
Violin teacher calls students ‘s*hai’ on Instagram
In the post, it included several screenshots taken from the teacher’s Instagram account, where it showed him complaining about certain students in a few Instagram Story Highlights titled ‘Stupid Excuses’
The most recent Instagram story was dated January 7, while the rest were posted in October and November 2022.
In one of the photos which showed one of his students playing the violin, the anger and disdain was palpable in the caption:
This student is the most ‘s*hai’ student I’ve ever met. There is no other more ‘s*hai’ students than this one.
The teacher also claimed that the student went MIA for two weeks and “played like sh*t” despite saying that he did practice.
“I asked again how many hours did he practise, and he answered ‘one hour’. He had two f**king weeks off, that is 336 hours, and he only practised one hour. What the f**k.”
In a separate Instagram story, the teacher posted a photo of him making an annoyed expression while cussing another student out.
About the student last week who I wanted to scold ‘f**k you’: He said his brother stole his bow, so he couldn’t practise. What the f**k.
Parents call teacher out
The post, which has since gone viral, saw parents slamming the violin teacher for his unprofessional behavior.
They also criticised him for posting his students’ faces on social media without their consent.
WeirdKaya has reached out to the band that the teacher’s part of for comment and have yet to receive a response. A check on the teacher’s Instagram account also found that he has made it private.
