Why is e-hailing services differ from food delivery?

The rider handled the situation professionally by offering an explanation for the delayed order and choosing not to engage with the customer’s rude comment. Instead, they used a respectful term like “bang,” which means “brother”.

The rider also took to social media to provide a clear explanation of the distinctions between food delivery services and e-hailing bookings.

In his explanation, he emphasized that in the case of e-hailing, customers initiate a booking that is directly sent to the driver’s app, allowing the driver to pick up the passenger.

In contrast, the food ordering process entails the order first reaching the vendor, who accepts it, prepares the food, while simultaneously the system searches for an available rider to handle the delivery.
