Nobody likes getting ‘trapped’ by a double-parked car as it poses a great inconvenience. However, it doesn’t mean that one can take matters into their own hands in solving the issue either.
A teen recently filmed himself destroying the window of a double-parked car which blocked his path with a rock, which is an illegal act in itself.
M’sian teen uses rock to smash window of double-parked car
In an 11-second video shared on TikTok by @ikhmalhakim947, it showed him walking up towards a grey Myvi which had double-parked and blocked the path of two cars, one of which belonged to him.
The camera then pans to his left hand which was gripping a large-sized rock and without a moment’s hesitation, the teen then proceeds to pound away at the Myvi’s window with the rock.
In a separate video, the teen showed his ‘handiwork’, which came in the form of shattered glass scattered across the road and inside the car, where the window on the driver’s side was completely busted open.
He even triumphantly declared in the in-text caption that he had ‘settled’ the issue. Not sure if the police might think the same, though.
Netizens support teen’s act of vandalism
While most would assume that the teen’s act of smashing the car window would be condemned, it seemed that he had instead won support and praise from netizens, who commended him for teaching double-parkers a lesson.

While we understand how frustrating it is to deal with double parking, never destroy another person’s property to solve the problem!
