Speaking to WeirdKaya, @darkcepet provided details about the incident, which occurred at a bend before the turn to Bukit Segar in Kuala Lumpur, in front of a Petronas station. He described the scene:

“When I passed by, the car was already on the divider, so I stopped on the shoulder of the road. Then, a few motorcycles and cars stopped. But mostly, many just passed by without offering help.”

When asked if anyone was injured, @darkcepet confirmed that there were no injuries, including the driver. He also recounted the immediate actions taken by those who stopped to help:

“We (the public) who stopped helped lift the car off the divider. Then, the girl stopped on the divider in a safer spot.”

‘Maybe she was anxious and embarrassed’

Despite her outward composure, @darkcepet noted that the driver might have been anxious and embarrassed:

“She was okay. Maybe she was anxious and embarrassed because when I passed by, she was still in the car. She might have called for help.”

@darkcepet emphasised the unity displayed by the helpers, stating:

“I just want to highlight that everyone who helped did not consider race. There were Indians, Malays, and Chinese. So, netizens don’t need to aggravate the situation. This case is just a minor driver’s mistake. Maybe she just learned to drive.”

‘Let’s not laugh at others’

The comment section of the video saw a variety of responses, with many viewers offering their perspectives on the incident.

One commenter noted the driver’s ability to smile through the situation, while another shared empathy by recalling their own early driving experiences.
