Every driver knows that when you park illegally, you risk getting a parking ticket or even worse, clamped.
Not only did this unfortunate driver receive both, he got his car vandalized as well.
Triple whammy
In a viral video shared on Twitter by @MALAYSIAVIRALLL, the OP of the video shows his car parked illegally on the side of a busy road.
His car was covered in rude remarks, presumably written by angry passers-by for parking his car illegally and inconveniencing other people.
To top it off, one of his car wheels were clamped and his windshield held a parking ticket.
In the comments section, it seemed as if the owner of the car has 12 prior unpaid offenses amounting to RM600!
The OP could be heard angrily saying, “Biar je, biar saya yang tanggung – Let it be, let me bear it (the fine and the clamp),” before asking the accompanying traffic officer to unlock the clamp.
Did he deserve it?
Many netizens chimed in with their own opinions of whether he deserved to have his car vandalized in the comments.
Some agreed that since he did the crime, he should bear the consquences.
However, others argued that he had already been given a fine and had his car clamped, there was no need to rub salt into the wound by scribbling on his vehicle.
