Car enthusiasts are known to push boundaries to turn their dream cars into reality, and this car’s owner also took it to another level.
Recently, a small green Kancil was spotted casually cruising down the road, but what drew everyone’s attention was its unusually oversized tyres, extending noticeably beyond the car’s frame on all four sides. Senget tau!
The video was shared by the Himpunan Cerita Lawak Facebook page, immediately went viral and became the talk of the town.
In the short clip, a green Kancil, driven by a male driver, was captured exiting the boom gate and taking a left turn.
Even at first glance, the car’s tyre caught the attention, noticeably spreading at every corner. It’s evidently too large to be fitted onto the car.
The car was also seen moving slowly, likely due to the oversized tyres. Furthermore, this incident is believed to have occurred in Sarawak.
This video has since gone viral garnering over 1.7 million views, with more than six thousand comments from netizens.
Netizens commented on the post, sympathising with the car’s tyre condition.
“Try walking with your legs apart all the time.. how does he feel.. it’s not good to treat a car like that.. it must be suffering…”
“Poor Kancil, cruising like that on road… must be exhausted.”
Others were seen condemning the car owner’s decision to modify the car with larger tyres.
“Not all men’s hobbies… that’s crazy, it’s called… even if it’s beautiful, it’s not fast and also not conveniences other road users.”
However, a netizen who claims to know the car’s owner stated that the owner uses this car only for events.
“It’s a pity how people are criticising this guy’s car. I know the owner personally. He only brings out the car for events. For daily use, he has another car. Everyone has their own interests, and we should respect that. I saw some comments even mentioning his father. If someone mentioned your father, wouldn’t you get angry? Watch your language.
