“It has its purpose for certain cities, mainly in Europe. It does 45 km/h max, making it suitable for town/city use. It doesn’t require a driver’s license in Europe and is used by school kids above 14 years of age. There are many positives about it – the front and back panels are interchangeable, and the same door can be used for both sides, with the doors opening differently. Coming from France, they definitely think differently.”
