Two grown men were seen verbally arguing with each other at the Johor Bahru (JB) checkpoint, with one of them holding a wooden stick as his weapon of choice.

A clip of the altercation was later uploaded to social media and soon went viral, where it garnered 128,000 views.

In the 23-second clip shared to Facebook by Kelab Info Malaysia on Monday (Mar 10), it begins with the driver of a silver Honda HR-V arguing with the driver of a red car while holding onto a wooden stick.

As the argument escalated, the man is seen waving the wooden stick above his head while lunging forward at the driver, as though he was ready to hit the latter with the stick.

When the driver got out from his car, the man began to back off, returned to his car, and drove away as the other cars started to move along the highway.

As he drove off, the driver is seen yelling vulgarities while pointing his finger at him.

According to the caption, the incident reportedly took place along the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) Highway heading towards the Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex.

Police looking for both men

Not long after the video went viral, it caught the attention of the police, who are now looking for the duo, reported MalaysiaGazette.

In a statement by Johor Bahru South District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Raub on Wednesday (Mar 12), he said this was to assist the police in their investigation into the matter.
