A young man experienced a harrowing ordeal when he was allegedly assaulted by a tattoo artist.
Yesterday (June 26), a 24-year-old Malaysian man was reportedly raped by a male tattoo artist while he went to the shop to get a tattoo on his hand.
According to Kosmo!, the incident took place around 9.30pm when the victim arrived at the premises at to get a tattoo.
Assistant Commissioner Shahrulnizam Jaafar, the Petaling Jaya District Police Chief stated that the victim initially visited the shop with the simple intention of getting a tattoo.
“While the suspect began drawing a flower on the victim’s right arm, he also applied some oil, which caused the victim to lose consciousness,” Shahrulnizam explained.
The victim later regained consciousness only to find himself unclothed.
He immediately left the premises and experienced severe pain in his anal area.
This leads him to suspect that he had been sexually assaulted by the tattoo artist.
The victim promptly filed a police report and received treatment at the University Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM).
As of now, no arrests have been made. “The case is being investigated under Section 377B of the Penal Code,” Shahrulnizam stated.
