Every now and then, something within us would spur us to do something totally random and potentially embarrassing for no apparent reason, which often leads to extremely hilarious moments.
A young man who wanted to show off his jumping skills nearly ate pavement after one of his leg failed to cross a metal fence, causing him to stumble face-first and become an online sensation.
M’sian man tries to leap over metal fence but fails hilariously
In a 14-second clip shared on TikTok by @qil4hhh_, it showed a young man named Ikram prepping himself before slightly running towards a green metal fence and leaping over it.
Unfortunately, in the midst of doing so, his right leg hit the side of the fence, causing it to topple and brought him crashing down along with it too.
His left leg was also caught in the ensuing chaos, where it was seen being trapped within the metal fence, much to the shock of his family members who saw it unfold.
Thankfully, Ikram didn’t suffer any injuries from his failed attempt at leaping over the metal fence and he subsequently broke into laughter as he placed the metal fence back into its original position.
As for his family members, their look of shock was quickly replaced with giggles as they tried hard not to laugh along as well.
‘He got both the pain and shame’
The clip has since garnered over 600,000 views at the time of writing and netizens couldn’t help but be amused by Ikram’s failed leap.
One wrote: ‘He got the shame, the pain, and now he’s gone viral.’
Another cheekily commented that Ikram could potentially take part in the upcoming Paralympics event. Ouch.
Meanwhile, some expressed concern for Ikram’s state following the fall, with one saying that he could have broken his foot in the process.
