A hunting trip between two friends in Sarawak turned deadly after one of them got fatally shot by the other with a shotgun.
This comes as the one who fired the shotgun thought he was aiming the weapon towards a wild boar and not his friend.

In a statement by Sri Aman District Police Chief, Superintendent Dennis Bunyam, he said the incident took place at around 5.30pm in the jungles of Sungai Dor in Melugu on Sunday (May 25).
During the hunting excursion, the 46-year-old suspect fired the shot as he thought his target was a wild boar.
However, he turned out to be dead wrong when the target turned out to be his friend, who got shot in the head. He was later pronounced dead by medical personnel who arrived at the scene, reported Utusan Borneo.
Did not possess valid license
Dennis said investigations later revealed the suspect did not possess a valid firearm license to conduct hunting activities in the area and had his shotgun seized.
He is currently remanded until May 30 to assist in investigations under Section 304A of the Penal Code for causing death without intent, as well as investigations under the Arms Act 1960 for possession of an unlicensed firearm.
Dennis also reminded the public to always follow the laws related to the ownership and use of firearms, and to ensure that hunting activities are conducted with valid permits and licenses from the authorities.
