A video showing a road dispute between two cars has gone viral online after a man was seen getting out of his car and hitting the driver of a Myvi at the traffic light.
The incident, which was shared on social media, has since sparked heated discussion among netizens, with many debating what may have happened before the confrontation.

In the video, the man, who was wearing a white shirt, could be seen stepping out of his car before storming towards the Myvi.
He then opened the door on the passenger’s side and is seen landing punches and kicks to the driver while yelling and gesturing aggressively.
A woman, believed to be the man’s wife, steps out of the same car while carrying a baby in her arms and tries to stop the man and pull him away from the Myvi.
Towards the end of the clip, the situation appeared to calm down, with the man picking up a cap and other items that had fallen onto the road before returning them to the Myvi driver.
Claimed Myvi had cut into his lane
Not long after the video went viral, a comment believed to be from the man in the clip surfaced online.
In the comment, he apologised and asked for the video to be taken down, claiming that he lost his temper because the Myvi driver had allegedly cut in very closely in front of his car while he was in the right lane.
He also said that his wife and young child were in the car at the time, and claimed that the situation could have been dangerous for them.
The man added that if the Myvi driver wanted to change lanes, he could have used the high beam or honked first instead of cutting in abruptly.
He also admitted that he had scolded the driver, but said it was because he felt the other party’s actions had put his family at risk.

The video has since gained hundreds of thousands of views along with mixed reactions.
Some criticised the man for assualting the Myvi driver, saying that no matter what happened, physical confrontation should not be the answer.
One commenter said the man could get into trouble if the Myvi driver decided to lodge a police report.
Another said that having a wife and child in the car should have caused the man to stay calm instead of escalating the situation.
