Getting stuck in traffic is frustrating, but for one man, a quick toilet break during a jam turned into an unexpected footrace to catch his own car.
His hilarious misadventure, captured on video, has since gone viral, leaving netizens in stitches.

From restroom to roadside sprint
Recently, during the Hari Raya long weekend, traffic congestion was at its peak across the country.
A man travelling along the Kuala Pilah road in Negeri Sembilan decided to take advantage of the standstill by making a quick restroom stop at a nearby mosque.
Thinking the jam would last a while, he left his friend in the car to watch over it.
However, just as he finished and stepped outside, he was met with an unexpected turn of events—traffic had suddenly cleared up, and his friend had driven off without him!
“Now I have to chase it myself!”

A TikTok video uploaded by user “@leman_469” shows the man running frantically along the roadside, trying to catch up with his disappearing ride.
He later explained in the video, “At first, we were stuck in traffic. Switched drivers for a bit and ran to the mosque to pee. But suddenly, the road cleared up, and I had to sprint like mad to chase the car!”
With no other option, he took off at full speed, desperately trying to catch up with his vehicle.
His struggle had onlookers both amused and sympathetic as they watched him navigate the roadside in an effort to reunite with his car.
The video quickly gained traction online, with netizens flooding the comments section with jokes and laughter.
“We saw you running just now. Thought it was a charity run.”

“Fun run at Kuala Pilah.”

“How many kilometres have you run, bro? Have you reached yet?”
