No one knows when death will come for them, and sometimes it strikes at a time where it’s least expected or in ways no one saw coming.
A middle-aged man who walking along the side of the road in Penang died at the scene after he was believed to have fallen and sustained life-threatening injuries.
M’sian man dies on the spot after falling down
According to China Press, this incident took place along Jalan Kelawai at around 1pm today.
The victim was later identified as Zhong Huagui (transliteration), who lived in Air Itam prior to the unfortunate incident.
According to preliminary investigations conducted by the police, the victim was believed to have fallen while walking along the road before succumbing to his injuries on the spot.
His body was subsequently brought to the Penang General Hospital for an autopsy to be performed.
The case has since been classified as sudden death and police are currently locating the victim’s family members to seek their help in their investigations.
