# M’sian Man Caught Recording Under Woman’s Dress, Police Investigating

**A man in Jenjarom, Selangor, allegedly attempted to record under a woman’s dress at a local supermarket, sparking a police investigation into the incident.**

The incident reportedly took place on December 9, 2024, at around 10.36am.

The woman, who lodged a police report, claimed she noticed suspicious behaviour while shopping.

Upon checking [CCTV footage](https://x.com/mynewshub/status/1868876424515666271), it was found that the man had allegedly lifted the hem of her dress and attempted to record underneath.

The footage revealed a man allegedly recording under her dress while she was shopping.

The visuals, now circulating online, show the suspect wearing a green T-shirt, black pants, and white shoes.

The Kuala Langat police have since opened an investigation under Section 509 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum jail term of five years, a fine, or both for insulting a person’s modesty.

The case is also being investigated under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act, which imposes a fine of up to RM100 if found guilty.

Authorities are now actively working to identify and locate the suspect involved.
