After making a bulk purchase of tickets, totaling over RM70,000, Halim and his friends were yet to discover that they had fallen victim to a serious scam.

After Halim and his 20 friends decided to validate the ticket at the counter, their hopes of attending the event turned into a bitter realization that they had been deceived and had lost a substantial amount of money.

What happened after that?

Halim chose to meet with the friend who had introduced him to the scalper, wanting to explain the unfortunate turn of events that had occurred with the ticket purchase.

He likely wanted to discuss the scam and perhaps seek assistance or clarity from his friend regarding the situation.

Halim informed WeirdKaya that he had not yet reported the scam to the police. However, he mentioned that he was able to recover RM20,000 of the money he had lost and was currently awaiting the remaining balance. He addressed the situation by contacting the relevant parties involved in the scam to attempt a partial refund.
