Now, the 38 year old entrepreneur claims he owns between 400 and 500 houses, a result of his hard work throughout his business career.
In a recent TikTok live session, Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman shared that he began buying properties at the very young age of 21.
Property prices were much lower back then
According to Aliff, house prices at the time were significantly cheaper, which made it easier for him to start investing and build up his real estate portfolio over the years.
My first house was a corner lot terrace house in Puncak Alam. It only cost RM99,000. Houses were cheap back then,” reported NST.
A private jet and viral fame
Not too long ago, Aliff’s entrepreneurial spirit made headlines again when he posted a TikTok video showcasing his purchase of a private jet funded by the success of his mango jeruk business.
The video went viral and captured the hearts of netizens as Aliff toured his new jet with pride and gratitude.
