We’ve all been stuck in traffic before, but some drivers in Kuala Lumpur decided they were too good to wait—turning a residential road into their personal racetrack.
A dashcam video posted on TikTok by @lansicollector shows the chaos that unfolded, and let’s just say, the internet is not impressed.
When patience runs Out, rules go out the window

The video captures a male driver trying to make a simple right turn, only to be blocked by seven cars cruising down the wrong lane.

These drivers clearly thought waiting in traffic was beneath them and decided to flip the rules, cutting straight through oncoming lanes like it was no big deal.
One Waja driver refuses to back down
Though a few drivers at least had the decency to turn on their signal lights to merge back, one Proton Waja driver wasn’t having any of it.

He stayed put, acting like he owned the road. Fed up, the dashcam owner didn’t hold back:
“I know you’re late for work, but don’t drive against traffic like the road belongs to you 😑.”
And just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, the Waja driver doubled down, sitting in the wrong lane for over a minute, waiting for the dashcam driver to move.
Spoiler alert: he didn’t. Eventually, the Waja reversed slightly and passed—still on the wrong side of the road.
“What’s your problem? Idiot!” the dashcam owner snapped as the Waja finally drove off.
Speaking to WeirdKaya, @lansicollector shared to us that the incident took place at Jalan Tiara Titiwangsa.
Netizens are not holding back
The video quickly went viral, with netizens flooding the comments to drag the drivers for their reckless behaviour.
“Our road, but we’re the ones expected to give way? Seriously?”

“Thanks for not giving in.”

“Well done! If it were me, I wouldn’t move either—let them figure out how to reverse. They act like they’re the only ones in a rush and end up using other people’s lane.”

The message is clear—if you’re late, own it. But risking lives on the road? That’s a bad look, no matter how busy you are.
