The dramatic scene unfolded at the iconic Guillemard Bridge in Tanah Merah, Kelantan a favourite spot for photography enthusiasts due to its unique and picturesque design.

In the now-viral video, the couple, along with their photographer, can be seen hurriedly moving off the train tracks after being honked at incessantly by the train driver.
The locomotive operator, needing to pass through the bridge, had to sound the horn repeatedly to alert the oblivious couple.

Fortunately, the train was able to slow down in time, putting the brakes on what could have been a disastrous situation.
This narrow escape has sparked a wave of reactions online. The video, shared by the @yahobrove account on TikTok, quickly caught the attention of many viewers.
‘Really slow to move’
While some expressed relief that the couple was unharmed, the majority criticised their reckless behaviour.
Conducting a photoshoot in such a perilous location without proper safety precautions was widely condemned. Many social media users pointed out the dangerous gamble the couple took at such locations.

One commenter wrote, “Luckily the train managed to brake in time.”
Another added, “Otherwise, there might have been news about their fateful end together.”
The sentiment was echoed by another who chimed in, “I hope the authorities take action against them. This counts as trespassing.”
Yet another comment highlighted their slow reaction: “They were really slow to move.”
